Amuse was founded by Patrick van der Donk who started his cooking career in Holland and worked with various famous chef’s like Jannis Brevet, John Kocken, Micheal Redding, Boersma in restaurants with 2 & 3 Michelin stars.
Patrick also worked in the USA, Mexico, Australia and finally in Aruba for well known restaurants such as Flying Fishbone. After lot of hard work he and his adorable wife Ivette, established the blooming Amuse.
Amuse now moved from the Hotel Area to a very romantic location where you can enjoy sunset the fullest.
What is making this restaurant more famous is the 3 and 5 course Carte Blanche, a must try.
